Exercising is a rocky road. In the beginning when you start, your enthusiasm is strong, but after a few weeks, your motivation starts wearing away. That’s why I decided to hire a Personal Trainer, as I didn’t want to end up going back to my old habits of watching tv all night accompanied by a slice of cake, a couple of biscuits and a packet of crisps. 

 

Pawel helped guide me from the beginning, from explaining each process, making an exercise plan, diet plan, and motivating me every single day, sometimes texting and checking if I wasn’t slacking off. If I missed a training session I knew I would work twice as hard on the next one. I noticed the first effects of all my work after a few weeks, both physically and mentally. Workouts and exercise have become a large part of my life which I enjoy participating in every day. 

 

So far I have managed to lose 14 kg and gone from a size 16 to size 12, all while being pregnant, and I’m not stopping here. So stop saying that you will start your journey tomorrow, start today! With a Personal Trainer by your side you will find it so much easier but by just joining a gym you are stepping in to the right direction. I know I am getting there when I look at old pictures of myself, I cant believe how much happier I am now and I feel like a healthier and much better version of myself

I had been feeling miserable and bad about myself for a while and thought that I had to make a change to improve my mental and physical well-being. At that time I was in an emotionally bad place and did not find enjoyment in anything. ​
 
I decided I wanted to join a gym, and following a friend’s recommendation, this is how I met my personal trainer Pawel who owns Undisputed Gym. My first classes with PaweÅ‚ were so difficult that I did not finish them, but because of my character, I decided not to give up and I came back again and again. I soon realised how much more positive I was feeling and how the training sessions had become a big part of my life both emotionally and physically. ​
 
I caught the bug! It was not easy in the beginning and I did have times when I doubted myself, but Paweł gave me the support and motivation I needed to keep pushing forward, and thanks to him I am now in a much better place. My problems with negative emotions do not exist anymore. I look at life more optimistically and I get up in the morning full of goals and energy, which is something I haven't had for years. ​
